I began regularly attending Stonebridge when my wife Monica and I got engaged in November 2014. Prior to that I was actively involved in my home church; I played acoustic/electric guitar in the adult praise band (for almost ten years), co-founded the youth praise band, and volunteered as a leader in the youth group.
I have a Bachelors degree in Biology and a Masters in Teaching both from Lindenwood University. Professionally I spent three years as a para-professional in the Warrenton R-III School District, two years as a 7th grade science teacher in the Troy R-III School District, and now I “sing songs about and talk with youth about Jesus” for a living. My wonderful wife Monica is a 7th grade English Language Arts teacher in the Wentzville R-IV School District.
I love Jesus, playing guitar, Christian apologetics, spending time outdoors, and watching Cardinals baseball. I am also an aspiring vermiculturist (aka “worm farmer”)…long story for another time…
More than anything, I want to share the life giving gospel of Jesus Christ with my friends, family, and community, and to stand in awe and wonder as our Good Good Father builds His kingdom here on Earth as it is in Heaven.
